The Firm takes the utmost care to process money as per the instructions given by our customer, online and offline. However, in case of an unlikely event of an erroneous money or if the customer would like to cancel his money, the firm will respond to the customer within 30 working days of receiving a valid request for refund from the customer. The timely refund of the money will depend upon the type of credit card/banking instrument used during the transaction. The customer will have to send the Firm a written request for a refund within 1 days of making the transfer to the Firm official address or email info@saisure.org along with payment receipt and person details necessary for initiating refund.
